Can you please tell us a little bit about your background & how you came to be doing what you're doing?
I’m the co-founder of Remedy Kombucha. How did this come to be? I think it all stems back to my time living in Fremantle. The hippie vibe, the beaches and the general focus on living a good life influenced how our little family lived.
What does living well mean to you? Where do you find it? What matters?
A good life means different things to different people. To me, it means hanging with my funny little family and friends, eating real food and going on lots of adventures (in business and life!). Just this weekend, we took a little trip out into the countryside where there was no reception, no cafes….just a creek and a rainforest. It was bliss sitting on the porch in the morning with a simple cup of coffee.
Having good quality staples in my life is important to me. Whether that’s in the kitchen (excellent produce), at work (producing something we believe), or a beautiful, elegant wardrobe that makes me feel good (thanks to my good and stylish friend, Dirima). I care a lot about what I put in and on my body, the surroundings that I live in and the work environment that I’m creating.
