1. Can I buy an item online & pick it up from your bricks & mortar store?
Yes! Just select 'Click & Collect' at checkout. Pop in anytime between 10 - 5:30 weekdays, 9:30 - 5:30 Saturdays or 11 - 3 Sundays and we'll have it ready for you.
2. What happens if I've changed my mind about my purchase?
We don't refund instore purchases for change of mind. However, if you return the item/s within 7 days of purchase & they meet our return conditions we'll be happy to exchange them for a store credit which you can redeem instore or online.
With the exception of sale items & earrings, we're happy to refund online orders as you haven't had the benefit of trying them. Please get in touch with us at email@example.com.
You can find out more about returns and exchanges here.
3. What happens if someone purchases an item instore just as I'm buying it online?
Many of our products are made in small batches so we have limited quantities in each style. Our online store is automatically updated as soon as items sell in store. However, simultaneous instore and online purchases happen from time to time. If this happens while you're purchasing online, we're sorry. We'll get in touch by email straight away and let you know if and when we can supply the item. You choose whether to have your money refunded or wait until the item comes back into stock (if it's possible to source it). We'll do our absolute best to keep you happy.
4. I want to manage my payments. Do you offer layby services?
Yes! We invite our Australian customers to pay with ZipPay instore and online. This interest-free payment platform will allow you to buy and receive the items you want now, then pay off your purchase on terms that suit you (minimum repayment $40 per month). Find out more here.
Instore customers can also choose to pay the old fashioned layby way with a 30% deposit and 4 week terms. Ask in store for more details.
5. Are your staples ethically certified?
Some are, yes, but not all. We'd never knowingly work with anyone who didn't treat their workers or the environment with respect, but the path to ethical certification is complex & some of our makers either aren't in a position or have chosen not to attain ethical certification. We'll always tell you what we know about our labels in our product descriptions so you can make an informed decision.
Please don't hesitate to email us firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any other questions.
