1. What happens if I've changed my mind about my purchase?
With the exception of sale items & earrings, we're happy to refund or exchange online orders. Please get in touch with us at hi@staplestorefremantle.com.

2. Are your staples ethically certified?
Some are, yes, but not all. We'd never knowingly work with anyone who didn't treat their workers or the environment with respect, but the path to ethical certification is complex and some of our makers either aren't in a position or have chosen not to attain ethical certification. We'll always tell you what we know about our labels in our product descriptions so you can make an informed decision. 
 
3. I want to manage my payments. Do you offer layby services?
Yes! We invite our Australian customers to pay with ZipPay. This interest-free payment platform will allow you to buy and receive the items you want now, then pay off your purchase on terms that suit you (minimum repayment $40 per month). Find out more here.
