For orders under $250 we will instruct our couriers to leave your parcel in a safe place at your delivery location, again unless you specify otherwise. You can leave us a note throughout the checkout with any specific delivery instructions.
International Shipping
We will not be able to offer International Shipping at this time, we apologise for any inconvenience.
We offer exchange and returns on undamaged, unworn, like-new, with original packaging goods that are returned to our store within 14 days of purchase because we know you might change your mind. However we ask that you pay for the shipping costs for the item to be returned and shipping costs for exchange.
We do not offer return or exchange for any vintage or sale items. Sorry, discounted items are final sale.
Damages
It’s pretty unlucky to get damaged goods via our courier service, but if you do make sure you contact us within 72 hours of receiving your goods. We will arrange either a full refund, store credit or exchange once the goods are returned to us. If we don’t hear from you in that timeframe we will assume all a-okay and unfortunately unable to process an insurance claim with our courier.
Faulty Goods
If your goods are faulty we will allow the return for a full refund, make sure you contact us within 72 hours of receiving your goods. We will require the goods to be returned via post you can contact us to make those arrangements.
